Job Responsibilities

• Draft detailed, clear natural-language plans and translate them into robust code implementations for a wide range of machine learning tasks.
• Decompose novel machine learning problems into well-defined, agent-executable tasks suitable for reinforcement learning environments.
• Analyze LLM-generated trajectories to identify failure modes, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies, and apply high-quality “golden patches” to improve task performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a PhD in Computer Science with completed coursework in Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and related tools.
• Solid understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization workflows.
• (Bonus) Prior contributions to machine learning benchmarks, datasets, or evaluation frameworks.
• Location Requirement: Must be currently based in the United States.
