Job Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation web applications by building efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems.
• Design and deliver dynamic, engaging, and user-centric consumer experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to implement versatile UI solutions while leveraging emerging standards and pushing browser capabilities.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and robust applications and prototypes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers, to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Analyze system functionality and performance requirements to support technical design decisions.
• Consistently implement new features and optimize existing ones across both controller and UI layers.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs to ensure smooth functionality.
• Continuously solve complex challenges to provide customers with a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Advocate for and adopt upcoming web standards to drive innovation and deliver impactful features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Web Fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of CSS pre-processing platforms in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern UI framework such as React, Angular (4+), Vue, or Polymer.
• Solid understanding of ES6+ features.
• Familiarity with TypeScript is an added advantage.
• Experience with web bundling tools like Webpack, ParcelJS, and Rollup.
• Good grasp of design patterns and best practices for writing clean, linted, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Proficient in handling cross-browser compatibility issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to state management and utility libraries such as Redux, Redux-Saga, Emotion, Lerna, etc. (preferred).
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, Sinon, Karma, etc.
