Sample Eligibility – Group A Posts
- Superintending Engineer (Level 12):
- M.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Information Technology / relevant ICT area with 10 years’ experience at GP 6600 or above in media organizations, OR
- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / IT with 12 years’ similar experience, OR
- Master’s in Electronics / Communication / IT / ICT with 12 years’ relevant experience.

Sample Eligibility – Group B Posts
- Senior Accountant (Level 6):
- Graduate in Commerce/Economics/related subjects dealing with financial management.
- Store Officer (Level 7):
- Bachelor’s in Arts/Science/Commerce OR Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering/Material Management.
- 5 years experience in procurement/inspection/maintenance/custody/accounting of stores (3 years in supervisory role) in Govt/Semi‑Govt/industry/private organization.
- Working knowledge of computer.
- Professional Assistant (Level 6):
- M.Lib.Sc / M.LISc or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
- Desirable: 3 years experience in Library & Information Science, knowledge of library software
Sample Eligibility – Group C Posts
Technician Grade‑I (Level 5):
- 10th/12th passed plus 3‑year Diploma in Electronics/Communication/IT/ICT/Radio/Television Communication.
- 3 years relevant experience in media organizations with hardware/software handling.
Computer Operator Grade‑III (Level 4):
- 12th pass with Certificate/Diploma in Computer Operations/Applications.
- Knowledge of D‑Base, Lotus or graphic package and efficiency in word processing packages.
Lower Division Clerk (Level 2):
- 10+2/Intermediate or equivalent.
- Typing speed: 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer (10500/9000 KDPH).
Senior Library Attendant (Level 2):
- 12th pass with Certificate/Diploma in Library Science/Library & Information Science.
- Desirable: 3 years library experience and 6‑month computer course; knowledge of library software.
For all posts, required qualification and experience must be completed on or before 16.01.2026; experience during regular study (part‑time, internship, freelance, daily wages) is not counted.
Age Limit and Category‑wise Relaxation
- Maximum age: Post‑specific (generally 27 years for many Group C, 30 years for most Group B, 35–40–50 years for Group A).
- Crucial date: Closing date of online application (16 January 2026).
Category‑wise upper age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years.
- OBC‑NCL (Central List): 3 years.
- PwBD (UR): 10 years.
- PwBD (OBC‑NCL): 13 years (subject to max age 56 years).
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years.
- Ex‑Servicemen: Relaxation as per service rendered and group (3 years after deducting military service, etc.).
- Central/State Govt/PSU/Autonomous Body employees: Relaxation for those with at least 3 years regular service in same/allied cadre.
- One‑time no age bar relaxation for eligible NCERT employees (with required declaration).
Application Fee
- UR / OBC / EWS:
- SC / ST / PwBD / Ex‑Servicemen: No fee (NIL).
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Test for most posts.
- Skill/Trade Test wherever practical skills are essential (e.g., Technician, Cameraman, Graphic roles, LDC typing, Lightman, Carpenter, Film Assistant, etc.).
- Interview mainly for selected Group A and a few specialized Group B posts.
