Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Manager : MBA in Finance (full-time) from a recognized university or institute.
- Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science from a recognized university or institute.
- Junior Translation Officer: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject, or a Master’s in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject, or a Master’s in any discipline taught in Hindi medium with English as a compulsory/elective subject.
- Accountant: A graduate degree from a recognised University/Institute; also intermediate in CA / CMA.
- Stenographer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, along with required proficiency in shorthand and transcription.
Age Limit:
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Maximum 30 years
- Library & Information Assistant: Maximum 30 years
- Junior Translation Officer: Maximum 30 years
- Accountant: Maximum 30 years
- Stenographer: Maximum 28 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD (UR): 10 years (with further relaxation for reserved categories)
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 5 years for Group A/B posts; for Group C, age limit extended up to 40–45 years as per rules
Salary / Pay Scale
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Level 10 (₹56,100-1,77,500) approx.
- Library & Information Assistant / JTO – Level 6 (₹35,400-1,12,400) approx.
- Accountant – Level 5 (₹29,200-92,300) approx.
- Stenographer – Level 4 (₹25,500-81,100) approx.
