Job Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Python coding benchmarks by sourcing real-world issues, solutions, and test suites from public repositories.
• Ensure each benchmark task includes complete unit and integration tests for accurate solution verification.
• Maintain consistency, scalability, and balanced distribution across all benchmark tasks.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on solution quality, clarity, and correctness.
• Debug, optimise, and document benchmark code to ensure reliability, efficiency, and reproducibility.

Required Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Applied Data Scientist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development principles.
• Proven experience in debugging, testing, and validating code at scale.
• Strong technical writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
