Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions for complex business problems.
• Design and build high-quality, distributed system software with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Work closely with architects and product managers to translate system architecture and product requirements into well-structured and efficient software components.
• Take full ownership of assigned components, ensuring high-quality implementation through test-driven development and strong engineering best practices.
• Participate in software design discussions, conduct peer code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions aimed at improving service performance, durability, cost efficiency, and security.
• Apply software engineering best practices to maintain a consistently high standard of quality across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a proven track record of technical innovation.
• Experience in designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
• Proficiency with modern cloud frameworks and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
