Internship Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and customising HRIS software to align with organisational requirements.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Provide technical support to end users and conduct training sessions on HRIS functionalities.
• Support data migration and system integration activities to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in HR technology and information systems.
• Contribute to special HRIS-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship for a duration of 6 months.
• Able to join between 18th November 2025 and 21st December 2025.
• Possess relevant skills and interests in HR technology, HRIS systems, data management, and process automation.
• Capable of assisting in configuration and customisation of HRIS software to meet organisational requirements.
• Skilled in data analysis and report generation to support strategic HR decision-making.
• Able to provide technical support and training to end users on HRIS functionalities.
• Familiar with data migration and system integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Able to collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Willing to stay updated on HR tech trends and best practices and contribute to special HRIS projects and initiatives as needed.
