Job Responsibilities

• Ship production code weekly across Python- and Go-based backend services and a React/Next.js frontend.
• Design and implement new microservices such as real-time ranking, interview analytics, and payout systems handling millions of dollars.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to profile, test, and optimise LLM-powered agents for reliability and performance.
• Engage directly with users to identify pain points, translate feedback into specifications, and deliver effective solutions.
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, usability, and robustness.

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals with hands-on project experience (portfolio/demo preferred).
• Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and ship features in short cycles.
• Attention to both system performance and product polish.
• Curiosity or interest in large language models (LLMs), retrieval, and ranking.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Go, Python, React, and AWS.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced engineers.
